Natural Selection Brewing 2017
In 2017, Patrick, Phil, Luis, and Mark created Common Ancestor, a crisp and refreshing California Common. Brewed with Chinook and Dr. Rudi hops, the spice and pine notes of this medium-bodied lager/ale hybrid are complemented with a delicate late infusion of Juniper berries.
In addition to Common Ancestor, they brewed a small-batch Belgian Quadrupel called Aged Ancestor aged in sherry barrels. With ageing comes strength, wisdom and character!
