In 2016, Euan, Dulcie, Jonny, and Tanya brought Volcan Wolf, a Black Berliner Weisse, to market.

This tart & dark yet light and refreshing brew was named after the highest peak of the Galapagos. This shield volcano was given the name Wolf in honour of the German naturalist Theodor Wolf.
