Natural Selection is a collaboration between Heriot-Watt University and Stewart Brewing, offering a unique opportunity to four MSc Brewing & Distilling students each year. The team are given the chance to design, brew, market, and sell their own beer across the country as part of their Masters project, providing a comprehensive understanding of just what it takes to produce beer at a commercial level.
This year’s team of Amartya, Rita, Oli, and George are delighted to release Buck Wild: a traditional Belgian Witbier boasting a local twist of sea buckthorn. Expect zesty citrus, soft body, supreme refreshment, and ultimate summer vibes!
